The GoodHeart Method is a guided identity discovery & activation process for purpose-driven women. It grew out of my journey of healing through sickness, depression, failure, and the loss of identity, and the slow, holistic work that restored my faith, strength, and inner freedom.

Inside GoodHeart, we don’t push harder or try to “fix” you. It’s less about adding things and more about removing what isn’t true. We peel back the layers of fear, shame, burnout, and false stories to rediscover the identity that’s been there all along. Through faith-integrated emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and courageous action, women rebuild from the inside out and learn how to live purpose-filled lives.

But this work doesn’t end after 5 weeks. Healing becomes a way of life. Women continue together in The Collaborative - supporting one another, growing in purpose, and putting their strength into action by doing good for themselves and their communities.

The outcome isn’t a new strategy. It’s a new foundation built on clarity, confidence, and the freedom to live and lead from who you truly are.
